Foundational Series for Cantonese Language Teachers
Join us for a seven-part foundational series designed to support both professional growth and practical teaching for Cantonese educators. Each session, offered at two times to accommodate global participants, builds on the last, guiding teachers through a logical progression: heritage learner acquisition → proficiency standards → curriculum design and assessment → pronunciation → speaking → literacy → technology integration. Participants will gain hands-on strategies for teaching while contributing to a shared professional framework that strengthens Cantonese language education worldwide.
Participants may choose to attend any individual session and can request a Certificate of Attendance for each. Those who attend the entire series will receive a full-series certificate, which can be counted toward teacher certification.
