About the Event
Navigate the multi-level Cantonese heritage classroom. This essential professional development webinar directly addresses the variability among heritage language learners. We will begin by reviewing standard proficiency scales (like ACTFL/CEFR), and then critically examine how their criteria can be adapted to better reflect Cantonese structures. Attendees will gain a custom framework for Cantonese heritage language and foundational strategies for addressing variability in instruction. Join us today to enhance your ability to assess student proficiency levels and refine your approach to teaching your diverse Cantonese heritage learners.
